I am a holistic health coach. I help educate people about natural solutions and offer people a complementary approach utilizing holistic, lifestyle and integrative modalities to help individuals create a healthy happy beautiful life. I show people how they can be taking a natural approach to their health through essential oils, supplementation, and reducing toxins in their everyday life. We look at what chemical laden products we can swap out for natural alternatives. As well as help reduce physical stress through movement, yoga, meditation, prayer, and even aromatherapy with essential oils. My passion is getting to the root cause of any health issue.
