The Tall Trees Bed & Breakfast is a unique character home found in the temperate rainforest of British Columbia on Kaien Island. The first in what will hopefully become an interesting compliment of vacation properties inviting and entertaining guests for years to come.I manage the property and employees for the company.

Food & Beverage consultancy in the areas of rebranding, profitability, new concepts and product relaunches. Special projects in the past have included wine list creation, menu design, FOH & BOH planning, product and supplier sourcing and negotiation, profitability turn-arounds, employee training and customer service management. I am currently doing some wine writing and reviews with syndicate publishing in Northwest B.C.
