I recently joined Facchini Rossi Michelutti Studio Legale Tributario as Partner. From 2014 to 2023 I have been Partner at Ludovici & Partners and Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici (GPBL). Previously, I have been working at Maisto e Associati for over a decade and for another international tax law firm. I advise Italian and non-Italian clients on corporate and group taxation, domestic and cross-border group reorganizations, M&A, financial transactions, international and EU taxation. I regularly represent clients in tax audits, pre-litigation settlements and before tax courts.Admitted to the Italian Bar of Milan and to the Association of Chartered Accountants in Milan.Member of the International Fiscal Association IFA - Italian branch reporter for the 75th Congress of IFA in Cancun, 2023.Graduated cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University of Milan - University of Michigan MBA international exchange program.
