She has served in children's ministry for 20+ years as a Commander with the Royal Rangers Boys Club, is a Certified Youth Leader and member of The Bahamas National Society of Youth Practitioners. She is also an Advisory Board member with FemSTEM Bahamas.She aspires to be a best-selling author, TEDx speaker, Certified (or Professional) Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC), holder of an MBA in Project Management (Agile Methodologies and Digital Transformations) and to one day be fluent in Spanish, Creole, Portuguese and Mandarin.
