With over seven years of experience in this education sector, I have developed a passion for learning and leading in tutoring while managing the extended learning opportunity (ELO) program that supports student success and community engagement. Also, as a mathematics and a reading tutor, I work with diverse learners of different ages and backgrounds, helping them improve their academic skills and confidence. The planning, implementation, and evaluation of the ELO program, ensuring they align with the district's goals and standards. I also foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, such as teachers, parents, partners, and funders, through effective communication and collaboration.
