I worked closely with the president and operation leadership to boost profitability and reduce complexity (80/20) while growing the business. Implemented a new monthly close process leading to 5 days close (vs 15 working days before) Built a comprehensive deck for monthly business review, rolling forecast, annual operating plan and strategic 3years plan.  Implemented several policies to improve controllership (including inventory count, cutoff for goods in transit, bank reconciliations, segregation of duties, bad debt reserves, travel and expenses) Introduced measures to decrease office labor, such as automating bank account connection with SAP, automatic invoice booking for major suppliers, process flow mining and understanding. Selected as a finalist of the 2024 Oncon Icon Top CFO Award and voted by peers as a recipient of the top 50 CFO award. Invited as a speaker at numerous finance conferences.

Group CFO for the VRV, Group active in the Engineering and manufacturing of products for the storage, distribution, and vaporization of liquid gases as well as heat transfer and pressure containing products for the Energy and Petrochemical markets. I joined the company shortly after their acquisition by Chart Industries and focused on business integration process improvement and team restructuring.Responsible for overseeing and directing accounting, tax, and treasury operations throughout the entire VRV Group, which included four entities between Italy, France, and India, collectively generating around EUR 150 million in turnover.  Led post-acquisition business integration and change management process.  Implemented SOX compliance measures.  Calculated and negotiated Purchase Price adjustment.  Separated Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting between two distinct business units (Oil & Gas and Cryogenic) operating under the same legal entity.  Improved monthly closing process.  Restructured the finance team and the POC accounting methodology adopted by the Group.

Finance Manager for Alfa Valvole, a leading manufacturer of ball valves active primarily in the Marine, Transportation, Pharmaceutical, Chemical and Oil&Gas industries. I joined the company shortly after their acquisition by Idex Corporation and in a few years, I drove the change of the entire organization from family business to a business unit fully integrated with a NYSE listed corporation.Responsible for Finance, IT, integration, and compliance, with extra focus on change management, ERP implementation and business integration. Led the successful implementation of a new ERP system (JDEdwards) and played a key role in the change management process (finance, sales, engineering, operations, logistics).  Led the Business integrations and corporate policies implementation. Restructured the finance team.  Awarded with “100% Manager effectiveness award” by the Idex Corporation team in 2018.
