As a Backup in Sculpting, there was my main responsibilities:Perform the role of leader when my Team Lead is on vacation, busy, etc.Supervising and managing the team members.Provide support and troubleshooting to team members.Solve problems of cases, if they have the bad photos, check if the cases are missmatch, if they don't have the consent or age wrong, if they are preassesment, among other situations.Create IT tickets, complete hourly production data and make appeals of Tm cases.As a sculpting technician, I was assigned to do Sculpting, Hard detailing, IK, Second reviewer, Resculpt, No decision and Escalated cases.Responsibilities:Review cases to see if they proceed or are rejected.Follow SOPs and internal policies.Digital Dental Images Detailing (Smooth, Pinch, Contour Detailing, Other).Perform the assigned task in the best way.When I was tech4 of Treatment planning, I provided support, reviewed Tm cases, explained the treatment planning process, gave tips for improvement, and supervised the team.As a treatment planning technician, I was assigned to the Heavy team in which I had to perform complex treatments and also perform escalation cases.Responsibilities:Complete the production of heavy and escalation cases.Read and understand patient prescriptions.Communicate with orthodontists to consult cases.Carry out the processes of cutting, segmenting and the set-up of the treatment plan.

As a CAD Designer, I was assigned to the Iberia region where I had to carry out the treatment plans with assigned instructions from doctors. Responsibilities:Understand the submitting doctor’s prescription form, select appropriate clinical comments in reference to the treatment and communicate with peers and other Align employees in English and/local language.Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved service and customer satisfaction and overall department improvements. Understand orthodontic clinical concepts and have computer literacy. Validating Oclussion/Mounting,staging and axis.
