Knowledge of intelligence community and technical terminology to apply and respond to ONI Maritime intelligence needs with identification and implementation of services and products. Performs the full breadth of supervisory duties to include: plan work to be accomplished by subordinates; provide advice, counsel, or instruction to employee; head and resolve complaints from employees; identify developmental training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development training; initiate ways to improve production or increase the quality of work directed, and develop performance standards. Execute funding, personnel and resource needs. -
