Performs the full breadth of supervisory duties to include: plan work to be accomplished by subordinates; provide advice, counsel, or instruction to employee; head and resolve complaints from employees; identify developmental training needs of employees, providing or arranging for needed development training; initiate ways to improve production or increase the quality of work directed, and develop performance standards.
