Andrea has approx. 25 years of comprehensive experience in the real estate sector. He's Member of the RICS as well as real estate trustee recognized by the Supervisory Authority on the exercise of trustee professions and member of the association of architects and engineers in the Canton of Ticino (OTIA). Since 2007 he holds a MSc in Real Estate (CUREM). In 1999 he graduated in Architecture at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne. Andrea speaks Italian as his first language but also German, French and English fluently.SInce 2022 Andrea works for Wüest Partner as Manager in the Lugano office. Before that he worked for SBB/CFF/FFS, where he was in charge for the acquisition of property and land rights for complexe railway projects in southern Switzerland. Before that Andrea received the assignment to analyze and reorganize the property services department of the Group Interfida and in 2008 he has been appointed Head of the property services department. Before joining Interfida SA, he founded and worked for his own company from 2011 to 2017, between 2008 and 2011 worked for UBS Global Real Estate Switzerland, where he was Fund Manager of UBS Swissreal, a listed Swiss real estate funds. Before that he worked as a Portfolio Manager for PSP Swiss Property and as Senior Consultant for Ernst&Young (ex Andersen) in the Real Estate Corporate Finance team.
