My role in the Hough Graduate School of Business expanded from graduate program coordinator and academic advisor exclusively for the Master of International Business (MIB) Program to a department-level management and leadership role. I am responsible for program management and supervision of the academic advising team for the MIB, the MS Management (MSM) and the MS Marketing (MS MAR) programs.

Directly responsible as graduate program coordinator for management of admissions process and academic advising for over 300 graduate students each year. Collaborates closely with Director and supporting team of three for marketing, recruitment, student engagement and program development for three unique specialized business master's programs.

Member of a team of four who recruits, advises and delivers specialized study abroad programming to over 450 undergraduate students each year. Supervisor to student assistant staff and advisor to the International Program Students Ambassadors (IPSAs), a group of 50+ returned study abroad students. One of six study abroad advisors, responsible for faculty-led programs, university exchanges, provider and independent programs in France and Latin America. Coordinator of the UFIC scholarship process and advisor to Navigators, a peer mentoring program for exchange students. Revamped and facilitated information sessions, pre-departure and re-entry sessions based off of student evaluations and current field research.
