Andrea is an ICF (International Coach Federation) certified Coach from Georgetown University in Washington DC and accumulates over 1,000 hours of Coaching. She is also certified in Evaluation Interview and is a Qualified Practitioner on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator tool, the Global Competency Inventory instrument and the Leadership Circle 360o feedback tool. Andrea is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
