I am currently the Head of PJ MGMT for Medium Voltage Switchgears, based in Dalmine(BG) Italy. The main goal of Project Management Teams is to ensure smooth execution of the medium voltage switchgears projects, from Engineering to planning, production, testing and shipment; from standard to high customized configuration; from domestic to global market. The team not only ensure On Time Delivery of the Customer order, but focus on ensuing cost control profitability of projects.Within the team I also supervise the office of Order Handling, which provides complete loading and invoicing of production order for the overall switchgear factory, while focusing on Customer support.Prior to this experience I have been working as Production Supervisor for Low Voltage Switchgears, coordinating a team of 25+ Blu Collars: this was my first managerial position, and has given me great experience in Operations/Production: very challenging and stress-testing.Prior to that I spent 2 years in Advanced Manufacturing & Processes department, where I faced investments decision for automations in ELDS Production Lines, sailing the wind of Industry 4.0. I was in charge of the relocation of the Low Voltage Switchgear factory from Lodi to Dalmine, when we moved and redesign a Factory of 9000 smqt (optimized by 40%).Prior to ABB I spent 2 years as a Mechanical Designer in R&D for Dematic (product: sortation system), implementing with creativity my hard skill knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
