- Foster pro-business customer service while ensuring strong protection of the accounts receivable through careful credit risk assessment- Analyze, detect, and manage credit risks individually, which are our inputs into decision making for credit granting, renewal, extension, and withdrawal processes- Identify credit opportunities for new, prospect and existing customers through quantitative and qualitative financial analysis, credit scoring, and risk management principles.- Distinguish key customers by verifying they are financially strong, well-established, liquid, and profitable.- Monitor credit risk exposure, pursuing new credit opportunities for clients that leverage their credit and manifest good payment habits. This also motivates a higher turnover volume.- As a team, we ensure that the total credit exposure remains below our threshold.- Ensure robust protection of the accounts receivable through credit insurance, assessment and monitoring. - Evaluate business cases for individual clients' needs for complex credit terms and conditions, by assessing qualitative & quantitative areas, financial indicators, payment experience, and other risk highlights that allows to build a final recommendation for the decision-maker.- Follow internal politics and evaluation procedures that enables critical decision making to grant discretionary limits or individual credit line coverage.- Guidance and coaching for internal and external stakeholders about the internal credit process.- Periodic review of customer's credit line to ensure maintenance of creditworthiness and compliance.- Detect hazardous and deteriorating credit conditions and quality.- Occasional direct communication with the customer to negotiate, guide and explain the credit process, terms and conditions, requirements, procedures.- Assure accuracy of credit terms and features in the system by performing a bi-weekly quality check to identify the compliance of each credit category portfolio.
