Hello, my name is Andrea and I am very goal oriented new grad with 4 years of experience in health care and patient care. I am a compassionate, hard worker with great attendance and the ability to adapt to any situation. I am a quick critical thinker who can manage high stress situations. I also have leadership and customer service skills from previous career paths that have allowed me to be placed in leadership roles. While in school I was able to obtain a good amount of clinical skills with over 648 clinical hours spent at hospitals, nursing homes, and mental health facilities. I fell in love with being a CNA and cannot wait to provide excellent and compassionate care in the LPN role.
