I've been in the Customer Service industry for 20+ years now and have always had a passion for this industry. In all of my jobs, I have worked mostly for Department stores. This is a first for a company dealing with Product protection. I love working at Pregis, LLC, as I never would have thought I would be that packaging nerd! The one thing that has stuck out the most is that the people I work with, whether internal or external, are always welcomed to talk with me because I am truly passionate about them and I appreciate the work they all do, every. single. day. They make everything work better for everyone. No job is too small for me. Getting a bit chaotic? NO WORRIES HERE! I seem to thrive the most in a fast paced environment as focus has been great working remote within my position. Hard work pays off, when others see this potential in you, they make sure to bring it into play. Blessed to have this job, blessed to have the work family that I have.
