During my experience at Ball State University, I have completed courses in Microbiology, Ecology, Organic Chemistry, Water Resources, Soil Resources, Hazardous Materials Management, Site Assessment and Remediation and I have also obtained OSHA 40hr HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) Certification. I will soon be completing a course in Environmental Economics and obtaining a SCUBA certification in the Spring 2012 semester before graduating in May. At my internship at ACT Environmental Services in Indianapolis I analyzed asbestos air samples after completing the NIOSH 582: Sampling and Evaluating Airborne Asbestos Dust Course.
