As a Manager, Learning Strategy & Development (previously titled Senior Learning Consultant), I manage training solutions for technical and regulatory changes across the TD Wealth business using tried and true L&D methodologies, Adult Learning properties and Change Management strategies.Together with support of the business and extended TD Learning and Development partners, my objective continues to be to help our businesses harness and maximize the extensive internal knowledge and expertise with an aim to improve the overall performance of the operations. As Manager, Learning Program Design, led a team of seasoned Learning Experience Designers to asses, recommend and develop learning solutions aligned with the 70:20:10 learning model to support onboarding, ongoing and upskilling learning of Credit Centre Adjudication colleagues, nationally, under Candian Personal Bank. As a seasoned people leader, I supported a team of 5 direct reports, focused on capacity, skill development and career development, encouraging an atmosphere of trust, recognition and allowing autonomy and ownership over work.

As a Learning & Development Consultant, I worked dilligently to support several business lines within TD with learning, training and change managment needs through assessing needs, gaps and impacts and recommend appropriate learning solutions and support.
