- Collaborated with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, academics and software engineers to study patient gut microbiomes before and after fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT); publication on bioRxiv, reproducible workflow at bit.ly/3na8h4L- Designed reproducible workflows using anvi’o, Python, R and Bash on an HPC cluster to process and analyze a novel NGS dataset consisting of 7.7 billion metagenomic sequences- Modelled microbial colonization outcome using logistic regression and evaluated models with ROC curves- Contributed to the development of the open-source software platform anvi’o; led to publication in Nature Microbiology
