Senior Small Group leader (SSGL) for ALC; responsible for the health, morale, and welfare of 11 SGLs to include one civilian contractor; tasked with providing over 500 hours of instruction to ALC Student NCOs in CMFs 36, 42, 56 series; evaluates SGLs during classroom instruction; reviews Student-NCO files for regulatory compliance; coordinated and executed graduation ceremonies; reviews Student-NCO development action plans, end of course counselings and academic evaluation reports.

Served as Disbursing Agent and Site NCOIC for C/24th Financial Management Company, Kirkuk, Iraq; accountable for the training of all assigned Cashiers, Paying Agents and Disbursing Agents for the detachment; responsible for the Paying Agents participating in the Commander’s Emergency Relief Program (CERP) and Rewards Program supporting USF-I/MND-N FOB Warrior; planned and supervised Finance Mobile Support Team (FMST) missions to combat outpost and patrol bases; maintained Cash Holding Authority of $8-$10 million on a daily basis; responsible for supervision, training, safety, and welfare of 25 Soldiers.

Served as the Finance Operations NCOIC for 24th Financial Management Company; directly responsible for the training, guidance and welfare of three Soldiers, three NCOs and 28 civilians and the technical oversight of 82 Soldiers; ensured prompt and accurate pay support to over 22,500 Soldiers assigned to the 3D Infantry Division; ensured all sections within the company were in compliance with regulatory guidance and DFAS procedures; answered Congressional inquiries; compiled statistics and finance data; advised the command on finance policies and technical training.
