I am looking a job in a health care. I have ten years of experience working with elder people. As an attendant beneficiary I love to communicate with people and being patient with my co-workers as a result having a good relation work in our team. I trained interns who are future employees, I showed them the functioning of our equipment to teach the routines of the shift, because they came to lend us a hand during the pandemic situation. Who were hired at the end of the training.I love working together as a team. I have enjoyed planning leisure activities with elderly people. The most important part of my job is to listen to people and to make them happy. I really enjoy working with older people because they have a lot of life experience and they have a lot to teach us. I think I can contribute a lot to a team with my good communication skills and my organized work.
