My responsibilities as a Sales & Marketing Manager are to develop and execute strategies to increase the resort's revenue through effective sales and marketing campaigns, identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, utilize various channels, such as digital marketing, social media, print media, and events, to reach potential guests, develop and maintain a positive brand image as well to ensure brand consistency. I work closely with other departments within the resort, such as operations and guest services, as well as other senior management to create comprehensive strategies aligned with the resort's goals, budget and target audience.

My responsibilities as a hospitality analyst in a transaction team were to actively participate in the hotel sales process, market research, realization of pitches, marketing campaigns, collaterals and strategies for clients.

My responsibilities as a senior web content editor for a travel-tech startup, one of the leading travel platform www.itinari.com based in Belgium, were creating B2B content, research on relevant topics, copywriting, uploading pictures, videos and articles using SEO tools.

In Prague City Tourism, I was able to promote the city of Prague, Czech Republic as a tourist destination to both domestic and international audiences, provide current and future visitors with the latest information on Prague's attractions, experiences and services through its information centres located in the city center and at the internatinal airport. My main tasks include helping tourists by answering their questions, trying to make their stay as easy as possible, selling transport tickets or tickets to cultural events, guided tours atc. This job requires great communicative (communication mainly in English and German) and organization skills since it is a front desk office job, I also handled regular office administration tasks and mastered in the Microsoft Office as well and worked with several reservation systems such as Helios, Colosseum, etc.
