I am a Sociologist with mention in Organizational Development and Master's degree in Human Resource Management. Additionally, I have three years of professional experience as a HR Business Partner and as a Project Co-ordinator. From my professional experiences I have developed skills such as engaging with people to work collaboratively, coaching managers in art of effective communication, planning and implementation of new employee induction programs, and training programs for the existing workforce within the entire organisation. My skills, my passion and my astuteness in doing my job have allowed me to reach my goals. My greatest achievement as a HR was to bolster the ranking of the company to #25 as the “Best Place to Work in Chile”. To achieve this, it was necessary to plan, co-ordinate and implement the best practices in HR to support to company's workforce to effectively achieve the goals of the organistion.
