Responsible for direction and supervision Electrical & Software Engineering Department, beside to individual design contribution, to ensure projects development and commissioning in according to quality, time and costs (Automotive, Food, Railway, Machine tools).Ensures project completion in a efficient and orderly manner in accordance with Customer’s requirements and specifications, the best Technical Solutions and Safety Automation rules (risk assessment 2006/42/CE).Ownership of the concept generation phase of Projects and of Engineering Process, also involved in pre-engineering and cost-engineering phase.Evaluate technical aspects of selected technologies (PLC, CNC, HMI, PCs, Robotics, Vision System, etc) and IT solutions for technical Hw/Sw development (CAD, SW programming, etc).Collaboration within different company dept. to reach and maintain project’s objectives also to define the possible standardizations.Focus on defining and promoting innovation and technological strategy for the future projects.Management of the multi discipline engineering to improve competency and development of technicians and their responsibility for the engineering budget.Entry-Point and Sales Engineer for most important and strategic projects.
