🖥 In my post-doc years, I developed population health simulations for policymakers and learned firsthand that a product is only as good as its usability. This experience sparked my passion for human-centered design and working on products that are useful, usable, and deliver a positive experience.👉 Over the years, I've build expertise through a diverse range of methods, such as heuristic reviews, cognitive walkthroughs, task analyses, usability testing, interviews, surveys, and even advanced statistical modeling (including machine learning in R). These skills have taken me across a variety of fields as nutrition, healthcare, mobility, agriculture, gaming, and retail, where I’ve adopted a systems-thinking approach to uncover insights and drive meaningful change.🎯 Today, I’m building on this foundation by advancing my knowledge of human factors standards and tools. My goal is to be part of a collaborative team focused on improving safety, enhancing usability, and designing systems aligned with how people think, work, and live.
