These extensive changes contributed to the Tribute Holiday Campaign seeing an increase in FY17 over FY16 by 55%.o Cell & Text Messaging Project which was to collect, store, and access donors’ permission to contact via phone or text message. The project also developed policies and procedures to ensure that texting and cell phones are only used in ways that protect or enhance St. Jude’s reputation along with the donor experience. Project nominated for ALSAC One Vision Quarterly Award.o Partners in Hope Pledge Pay website, partnersinhope.org. A new website which allowed donors to manage their preferences and manage their account for the first time. This project was nominated and won the internal ALSAC One Vision Quarterly Award for FY13 1st quarter.o Worked on the Unica project which converted the Hopeline email from a manual job to a weekly automated email.
