My role as a Community Manager at Gables Residential is to lead a team of professionals who deliver exceptional service and value to our residents and clients. I manage the financial performance, marketing strategy, resident retention, and maintenance operations of a luxury apartment community in Denver, Colorado.I have a passion for creating memorable experiences and enhancing the quality of life for our community members. I leverage my skills in event planning/design, social networking, content creation, and interior design to organize and host engaging and inclusive events, such as wellness workshops, movie nights, holiday parties, and charity drives. I also use my interior design background to preserve the beauty of our units and common areas, ensuring that they reflect the latest trends and styles.
