Andrea began her commercial real estate career in 2003 as an intern with Grubb & Ellis and has since gained extensive knowledge and experience working in different facets of the real estate industry. She graduated from UC Davis in 2004, earned an MBA in Urban Land Development from CSUS in 2012, obtained a California Broker’s license in 2017 and a Nevada Broker’s license in 2023. Andrea started her true passion and core foundation for retail commercial real estate with the Gallelli Retail team in 2008 at Colliers and then joined the Edwards Company as a seasoned broker in June of 2014. Growing up and living in various submarkets of Sacramento enables Andrea to have invaluable expertise of each trade area’s growth over the years and an immense amount of Sacramento pride.
