Radius delivers predictive marketing software that enables B2B companies to discover new market opportunities, acquire the right customers, and measure success.As a customer success manager, my responsibilities are to:• Own the customer lifecycle from on-boarding to renewal, focusing on retention, upsells, referenceability, and platform usage.• Provide business process expertise on workflows to optimize usage of Radius and sales/marketing strategy.• Develop multiple use cases with clients over the course of their customer journey and enable them to market across multiple channels.• Conduct quarterly business reviews to analyze performance, address areas for improvement, drive adoption and increase retention.• Document ongoing health of customers in Gainsight and Salesforce. Proactively manage red account cases to closed successes.• Use deep understanding of Radius and Salesforce workflows to craft best practice materials and playbook guides for customers based on their use case.• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing teams and advocate for prospects/customers to improve the Radius platform
