~Expense reports, NetSuite~Facilities planning, managing vendors.~Manage job postings.~Schedule interviews. ~Track recruits.~Manage referrals, onboarding, and orientation schedules.~Bring in lunch one day a week and one special Midweek treat.~Ensure the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machines, shredder, etc.~Assist with planning and coordinating company meetings and events.~Take meeting notes.~Assist internal departments with administrative support, including but not limited to, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, filing, online research, and special projects as needed.~Run errands as needed.We use Slack, Google Suite, Salesforce, NetSuite, Wiki, and Company Calendar
