Payroll Supervisor – Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of procedures, which support and facilitate the corporate payroll activities for the Eaton Electrical Division.Establish controls, which ensure the payroll is submitted timely and accurately. Work with Corporate Payroll to ensure payroll entries are recorded.

I taught the Basic Payroll class in the evening sessions at both the main campus and the campus in North Raleigh. Instructed students, administered test worked closely with students on their final project.

Raleigh, NC

– Process payroll for up to 1000 employees with minimum supervision using the Ultipro system. All payroll processing prepared in-house. Many HR duties also handled by the payroll department.

Durham NC

Responsible for the management of the payroll department, which included the supervision of staff. Establish controls, which ensure the payroll submission is performed timely and accurately. Work with GL to ensure payroll entries are recorded properly Lawson payroll system used for full service in house payroll. All W2’s prepared and distributed in house.
