Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client using a process that involves discovery, self awareness and choice. It is a way of empowering people to find their own answers, encouraging and supporting them to make important decisions to achieve their goals and lead more fulfilling lives. My goal as a Certified Divorce Coach® is to help clients acknowledge and accept what is happening in their lives and enable them to discover how best to move forward. I am a thinking partner who can support and guide a client through the divorce process so that they make empowered choices and get clarity about what they want as they navigate the many obstacles. I help them find and use their personal strengths to achieve the results that they want.In addition to my personal coaching practice, I worked as a legal assistant and divorce coach as part of the Rachel Castrejon's Family Law Practice in San Rafael for seven years. My previous experience includes over 20 years in clinical and senior management positions in the healthcare industry in the UK, where I dealt with complex team and relationship issues. I have coached numerous youth sports teams and have participated in many local school and community volunteer activities.
