I have over 28 years of experience in various operations roles. I am a dedicated and versatile inventory control representative at Leslie's Pool Company. I have a strong background in supply chain management, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement, quality assurance, as well as a Black Belt certification.In my current role, I work with managers at 950+ stores to assist them with having accurate inventory at Leslie's Pool. Previously, I was responsible for receiving returnable containers and processing purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at Millipore Sigma. Before that, I managed 18 employees, scheduled production, and controlled inventory as an operations manager at High Road Craft Ice Cream. I also have extensive experience in shipping, robotic milling, internal auditing, and injection molding from my 26-year tenure at American Orthodontics. I am passionate about delivering excellence, solving problems, and optimizing processes in the operations field.
