Senior Innovation Analyst, Food & Agriculture
CurrentSitting within the food & agriculture, CPG, and sustainability sectors, I work with commercial clients on their innovation journey through our insights, strategy, and commercialization services. Through consumer, market, and multi-disciplinary scientific research, I drive actionable insights that inform client R&D and innovation strategy across the food and agriculture supply chain.• Lead research and project teams through innovation consulting services for food, agriculture, & CPG clients• Advise 11 commercial, non-profit, and federal clients through insights, commercialization, and strategic planning• Leverage technical and market insights to inform corporate strategy and opportunity identification for food innovation, plant-based alternatives, fermentation-based ingredients, functional nutrition & ingredients, product development, emerging technology, sustainable packaging, and sustainable product renovation• Designed and implemented six workshops to facilitate technical and ESG/CSR-related strategic planning for cross-functional teams including science and technology, nutrition, regulatory, and marketing
