This involved working directly with Sage on scoping, training, testing and preparing the business for 'go live'. I am responsible for all projects and change within the Finance department which has included numerous process improvements , rewriting and implementing policies and introducing a new expense system. I was responsible for the weekly wages of all 600 Owner Drivers who work for the company. Other duties included processing consolidated XML uploads, reconciling statements using the V Lookup function, month end reports and processing paper invoices against purchase orders using SAP. I was responsible for training numerous temporary team members and helped other team members develop their skills. I was part of the project team implementing an automated system for processing invoices.
