PHANTOM WORKS – ADVANCED VERTICAL LIFT PROJECT ENGINEER & PROGRAM MANAGER• Lead Project Engineer or Program Manager for a variety of Research & Development efforts for either Boeing or Customers. Scope ranges from small to large with varying levels of complexity. • Responsible for all scopes of the project/program including the scope definition & management, technical execution, budget, and Customer engagement. • Work across multiple functions and personnel within the Boeing Company to achieve and demonstrate new technologies and opportunities for our Customer.

SPACECRAFT VEHICLE MANAGER • Leads vehicle activities up to and including final acceptance reviews and delivery. • Develops, coordinates, communicates, and executes refurbishment, modifications, integration, and test plans with multiple disciplines including Engineering, Test, and Manufacturing. • Communicates progress up-and-out to the Program Management and Customer, as well as at various internal and external reviews. • Provides corrective action plans when necessary to support any Cost and Schedule variances. • Leads critical analyses, creation, & update of schedules in cooperation with customers. • Supports and/or leads (as appropriate) closure of schedule and technical issues. • Apply lessons-learned to develop and implement serviceability/process improvement initiatives. • Performs critical analyses of new business requests for proposals and lead technical and cost (BOEs) response efforts.

Part of a cross functional team tasked to improve the 787 Program Affordability. Our group is deployed to various teams and business units across the Boeing South Carolina site to drive efforts that increase Program affordability and to drive a change in culture towards mindful decision making and capturing value in our work. My assignments to meet this goal include leading a small team to deep dive manufacturing build plans and processes to identify and implement improvements, and work with business leadership to identify an improvement strategy, key enablers, and to develop and aid their teams to execute these projects.

Participant in a Systems Engineering Rotation Program. Outside of varied roles conducted throughout program, I was also involved in several site improvement, engagement, and volunteer activities.

Worked as the responsible Manufacturing Engineer to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of solar wing assemblies. I was responsible for interpreting and executing drawings, test plans, and design improvements as well as orchestrating all resources required to initiate, execute, and verify the build. I also worked with technicians to facilitate the build with communication, supervision, and motivation.
