From conducting hands-on experiments in the laboratory to presenting our technology at industry events and conferences, I've been actively involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle. I also frequently interacted with potential clients and partners, providing me with valuable experience in business development and customer relations.Through my work, I gained valuable experience in developing cutting-edge solutions for complex engineering problems. Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (SEDS) is an international non-profit student organization whose purpose is to promote the exploration and development of space through educational and engineering projects. SEDS has more than 10,000 active members worldwide.SEDS PoliBA mission is to become a point of reference for young engineers united by a passion for aerospace. The delegation of the Polytechnic University of Bari of SEDS is also involved in organizing events and creating internship opportunities for the members.

As Co-Lead of the Mentoring Committee since January 2024, I am responsible for managing communications with partners inside and outside the organization, as well as overseeing the tasks of the six team members within the program's timeline to ensure the best possible experience for both mentors and mentees.The mentoring program matches students and young professionals in the space field with experienced professionals to provide guidance, networking opportunities, and enrich their journey in the space sector. Through my role, I have been able to contribute to the growth and development of the next generation of space leaders and professionals. It has been a rewarding experience to work with such a talented and diverse team, and I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the space industry through SGAC.

As an active member of the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC) for several months, I have had the opportunity to gain valuable experiences and networking opportunities in the space industry. I attended the 7th European Space Generation Workshop in Bari and the Space Exploration Conference in Turin, where I interacted with professionals and enthusiasts from different backgrounds and countries, further expanding my knowledge and passion for the space field.In September 2023, I joined the Mentoring Committee of SGAC, whose purpose is to provide guidance to students and young professionals within the space sector through interactions with senior working professionals and leaders in the field.

Teaching assistant for the course "Laboratorio di Progettazione e Produzione Industriale Digitale" in the Bachelor's Degree of Aerospace Engineering. Provided lectures and lab sessions, with hands-on support to students as they worked on digital design and manufacturing projects. Helped students develop a deeper understanding of finite element modelling tools, and provided guidance on project planning, execution, and presentation. Gained valuable teaching and mentoring experience, and developed experience on how to prepare myself for lectures.

As a tutor for laboratory activities in the Automatic Control course at Politecnico di Torino, I had the opportunity to support students during in-person lab sessions and guide them towards the solution of complex exercises. My role involved providing hands-on assistance, helping students develop a deeper understanding of control systems and their applications. I worked closely with students to identify areas where they needed additional support, and provided personalized assistance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals. Through this experience, I gained valuable teaching and mentoring experience, and developed a strong understanding of how to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.

During my internship and experimental thesis at Anty SRL, a metalworking company, I had the opportunity to conduct a finite element analysis of a prototype machine developed by the company. Using Solidworks by Dassault Systèmes, I performed a detailed analysis of the machine's structural integrity and identified potential areas for improvement. Throughout the project, I worked closely with company figures and a university tutor, gaining valuable insights into the metalworking industry and the engineering design process. The project required strong time management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, as I managed work schedules and ensured that the study was consistent with the requests received. Through this experience, I gained hands-on experience in FEM analysis and prototype development, and developed a strong foundation in project management and technical communication.

As a member of the Vehicle Dynamics division in PoliBa's Formula Student team, I had the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment. During my time in the team, I gained hands-on experience in 3D modeling using Catia software by Dassault Systèmes, developing a strong foundation in CAD design and analysis. I worked closely with other team members to design and optimize various vehicle components, and learned valuable skills in project management, communication, and teamwork. Through this experience, I gained a deeper understanding of vehicle dynamics and the engineering design process, and developed a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

During my university studies, I consistently sought opportunities to gain practical work experience. In the summer of 2017 and 2018, I was privileged to serve as a Guest Welcomer at Borgo Egnazia, a prestigious 5-star resort nestled in the heart of Fasano, Apulia Region. This role provided me with invaluable insights and experiences, and I am immensely grateful for the chance to contribute to a resort that stands as a beacon of global excellence in the Apulia region.Over the years Borgo Egnazia has hosted many prestigious events, among them there is also the G7 in 2024.
