Take and defend depositions.🔷 Prepare and file Petitions for Damages, Discovery, Discovery responses, Exceptions, Memorandums in Opposition, Motions to Continue, and Motions to Compel.🔷 Prepare correspondence to clients, insurance adjustors, experts, physicians, medical providers, and opposing counsel. Handle uncontested family law matters, divorce, child support, community property partitions, and child custody.🔷 Prepare trusts and related documents, wills, powers of attorney, and acts of donation. Prepare and file succession cases, including petition for possession. Handle state and federal ADA, FMLA, age, and pregnancy discrimination cases.🔷 Successfully litigated personal injury/big truck cases in state and federal courts, with multi-million dollar settlement awards. 🔷 Assist clients in business formation, articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, and business contracts.
