Andrea Vella is a U16 National Team Lead Coach at Malta Football Association at Malta Football Association. Colleagues describe her as "I have known Andrea and have worked closely with him for nearly 10 years through his football school, Footy4U Malta, and his position as the Head of Coaching and Youth Development at Swieqi United Football Club. Time and time again, Andrea has proven to be an excellent leader, constantly pushing those around him as well as the people he mentors and coaches. He is down to earth, hard-working, resilient and passionate about what he does and has developed a growth mindset, and I look forward to working with him at National Team level in the years to come."
