We set-up and run The Academy, a week-long creative work experience programme at R/GA London. We set out to train younger talent in search of creating a more diverse and inclusive industry in the near future. Students from 3 schools across London (Hackney, Camberwell and North Kensington) each spent a week with us to see what it’s like to work in the industry. Students got to learn about multiple disciplines from Strategy, UX, Creative and Design. There was also a focus on presentation skills, a great skill for any future career.We welcomed 15 students across 2018.
