Whilst large and complex, Telstra was trailblazing with scaled agile, and the workforce welcomed the industry leading technologies and practices. I joined Bunnings in 2018 and took on an entirely different challenge creating the case for change for the first organisation-wide transformation program of its kind together with building capability and capacity. Today I lead a large talented team at Coles who have successfully delivered the first scaled rollout of AI loss prevention solutions to supermarkets in FY24 achieving significant results as well as sophisticated customer innovations such as Digital Receipts and many others. The key to my success is breadth of knowledge across industry, B2B & B2C segments, organisational capabilities and functions including strategy & planning, digital & technology, product & services, merchandise, HR and others.My experience is versatile across both operational & strategic leadership roles enabling me to leverage deep operational experiences to successfully transform, transition and embed change with balance across customer and commercial drivers.
