Most recently I worked as a compliance specialist in the healthcare staffing industry. I worked on strict deadlines and had to prioritize and work efficiently to get travelers compliant to start their positions on time. I worked closely with travelers, recruiters, client managers and facility contacts to ensure open communication. I have worked in law enforcement for twelve years which taught me many skills that are beneficial in any career. I was a training officer, which gave me the skills to teach others. I am great at problem solving and utilizing de-escalation techniques. Prior to law enforcement, I worked in an office setting and was able to perform under strict deadlines.I am a self-starter, leader and am able to work in a team environment. I take pride in my education and am highly motivated to seek out new opportunities to learn, both in my personal and professional life.
