For over 16 years, I have been working with business owners to assess their risks and ensure that their business is protected with preventative legal planning. I have a JD from Stetson University College of Law and a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University, which enable me to understand the legal and financial aspects of running a business.I assist with all stages of a business: from structuring, to preparing internal agreements and policies, to drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure the proper legal protection is provided, and protecting your brand through trademark registration.
