I arrange bespoke ceremonies for couples who want an alternative wedding. I liaise with the couple and help with the vows and choreograph the ceremony of their choice. My motto is "Your ceremony ~your choice ~your way" I have held some beautiful ceremonies in wonderful locations..mostly all really difficult to drive up to, but that's probably why they are so stunning! I liaised with suppliers, forming good working relationships, and utilised good communication skills to follow and track orders and ensure that we paid promptly.I also covered the servicing contracts and managed the service visits face to face showing good humour, courtesy and professionalism always.In this position I handled Non-conformances which required my excellent customer service to ensure that not only was there a positive outcome for both sides, but that we were able to maintain good working relations with the customer.I completed the internal audits, helped to update out policies and procedures ready for our annual audit which I presented with the MD. As an ex professional dancer, now a fully qualified teacher in dance and drama, I ran Dance Arts Theatre School for twenty five years and as well as running Razzamataz, I also choreograph and direct productions and charity shows.
