• Conducted and analyzed development of a sepsis induced cachexia mouse model and preclinical study of unacylated ghrelin • Performed subcutaneous osmotic pump placement, cecal ligation and puncture surgery, hind limb muscle dissection, and facial vein blood collection on mice• Assisted in other studies including placement of arterial-venous shunts in rats and sheep
