First and foremost, I love what I do. I have spent the past seventeen years soaking up any opportunity to learn and expand my career development with the ever-changing insurance industry. From medical insurance to property and casualty, I have held roles and developed the necessary skills in everything from customer service and claims to leadership. The incredible experiences I have had have allowed me to develop and utilize critical skills that are transferrable to just about any facet of life, both personal and professional. Policy services, membership, billing, claims, and leadership have given me a multitude of skills. Written and verbal communication, de-escalation, critical thinking, complex problem resolution, project management, business proposals, co-development of an entire department at a start-up, analytical, mentoring, coaching, and countless other skills. I am not done yet. I am just getting started. The ability to flex what I have and grow even more lies within this expansive industry and I am wildly excited to see what comes next.
