• Conduct challenges and assessments aimed at reviewing First Line execution of ORM policies, standards, and requirements from a risk management perspective. CDGO areas of focus include: Data Lineage, Data Tracing, and Project Management.• Interpret business requirements and implications for data governance processes.• Independently assess’ risks and drive actions to address the root causes that persistently lead to operational risk losses by challenging both historical and proposed practices.• Develops and maintains relationships across the business users and Lines of Defense to better understand and deliver customer requirements by responding to changes in the internal and external business environment• Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision

• Manage the Critical Data Elements and Business Rules for various AML taxonomies such as Transaction Monitoring (TM), Know Your Customer (KYC) and Markets.• Work with Technology team, BISO and PBIO approvers to on-board new areas of measurement.• Submit CDE and Rule changes to technology partners for implementation.• Complete analysis of Scorecard results and distribute to stakeholders.• Produce monthly Scorecards and weekly Power Point presentations for executive management.• Lead weekly and bi-weekly calls with stakeholders to discuss progress of data quality issues observed during the production of the Scorecards through the Data Quality Platform.• Participate in ad hoc UAT testing for new systems.• Assist in MCA responsibilities including continuous monitoring, analyzing, and assessing the effectiveness of controls around CDO Data Quality initiatives (including frequency, quality assurance and methodology). • Assist with updates for CAP milestones, sustainability period, and closure documents as required.
