I am working with the Data Science for Health group, primarily focusing on a European project. I collaborated with a Ph.D. student to develop and implement a Biological Database in partnership with an International Laboratory that supplied the data. My responsibilities included providing general programming support using Python and R, as well as contributing to the backend development of the database website using Django and PostgreSQL. This project culminated in a publication in a high-impact journal.
