I led the design and implementation of the Fund's impact measurement and management strategy and contributed to strategy design processes. I oriented my team in providing support to investors a investees developing theories of change and performance indicators and supervise the collection and management of impact data. Beyond producing impact reports at individual and portfolio levels, my team created opportunities for investors to communicate, celebrate and interrogate the extent of their impact as part of an improved learning culture and commissioned evaluations to strengthen the quality of the impact data being produced. I also managed the piloting of the fund ESG policy and ensured core Open Society values are embedded in the upcoming document.

In this role I provide technical support to country teams in developing these frameworks and plans, and on the different aspects related to their implementation, such as developing indicators, designing data collection tools and conducting data collection and analysis. Still as part of this role, I aim to support my colleagues in building a culture of evaluative thinking to ensure the information we collect through our MEAL systems are useful to improve programme implementation, but also for the people we work with and for learning about what we do.

Junior Evaluator working with a team of three other global evaluation leaders, I contributed to the evaluation's methodological design and implementation and provided administrative and knowledge management support to the team. I co-led data collection for the evaluation case study in Pakistan and co-wrote the case, and co-designed the evaluation data analysis framework for NVIVO.
