My Pathway is a vibrant, inclusive and sustainable development enterprise with more than 12 years of experience building capacity of people, organisations and communities in rural, remote and developing urban landscapes across Australia. My Pathway’s core mission is to build stronger communities. Andrea leads the tender team and is responsible for the end-to-end management of bids across the My Pathway group of entities. These include employment and training services, community and enterprise development and facilities management.

APMP is the worldwide authority for professionals dedicated to the process of winning business through proposals, bids, tenders, and presentations.The ANZ Chapter is for all proposal professionals in Australia and New Zealand, and also for those in the Asia Pacific region where no local APMP chapter currently exists. There are currently members all the way from Perth on the west coast of Australia to Auckland in New Zealand plus various countries in Asia and the Middle East.

The Business Liaison Association has been operating in North Queensland since 1993 and provides a unique role in linking education and industry in Queensland's Far North. It is an organisation providing secondary school students with relevant, up to date knowledge, skills and resources to meet the current and future demands of the business community.With competitions offering bursaries and awards that are designed to bring students, educators and the business community together, the Business Liaison Association are dedicated to advancing career opportunities for secondary students and we are uniquely placed to broker these opportunities for our young people.Andrea joined the Executive Committee of the Business Liaison Association in March 2013 and is looking forward to assisting the organisation in working towards achieving its strategic goals for 2013.

We aim not to only provide a consolidated set of recommendations which will reduce the brain drain from the region, but rather drive an agenda which attracts a whole new generation of young professionals and business entrepreneurs to the region.

Andrea is an integral part of the Outsource Management team and holds extensive knowledge across a wide scope of industries in the Far North Queensland region including the private sector, agribusiness, engineering, education and training (including Indigenous), tourism, logistics and transport, sport and recreation, and the arts. She has been pivotal to the growth and development of many diverse and multinational companies and holds invaluable experience from playing a key role in the development of Business Plans, Marketing Plans, Feasibility Studies, Export Plans, Investor Memorandums, Information Briefs and Senate Enquiry Submissions for such companies. With eight intensive years of business consulting experience, Andrea is a competent and capable Management Consultant who is highly skilled in the areas of business growth and development.Andrea’s strength lies in her attention to detail and she specialises in developing and managing State and Federal Government grant funding applications and Tender Submissions to Local Government on behalf of clients. The Cairns Young Chamber plays a pivotal role in developing tomorrow's leaders by promoting and supporting aspiring business people in Cairns. Andrea was appointed as a Member of the Advisory Committee in September 2012. The Advisory Committee oversees the decision making regarding Cairns Young Chamber activity, its budget, resources and deliverables.

The Cairns Young Chamber (CYC) plays a pivotal role in developing tomorrow's leaders by promoting and supporting aspiring business people in Cairns. Andrea was appointed a Member of the Cairns Young Chamber Subcommittee in 2008 and was amongst group of eight individuals awarded a Cairns Chamber of Commerce “Cre8ing Leaders of Tomorrow” scholarship in 2011. As well as contributing to the future direction of the next generation of leadership of the Cairns region, other highlights of her term include: -Next Event Advisory Group Coordinator [strategic planning for all Young Chamber events] (2011). -Member of the event coordination team for the Cre8ing Young Leaders Symposium (2011). -Contributed to the development of the Cairns Young Chamber Leadership White Paper (2011). -MC’ed Linking Leaders event (2011). -Board observer on other local Boards and Committees (2011). -Subcommittee Secretary (2009). -Member of the event coordination team for the Next Gen Expo (2009). After concluding her term with the Cairns Young Chamber in early 2012, Andrea was appointed a Member of the Cairns Young Chamber Advisory Subcommittee in September 2012.

Andrea conducted market research as a part of several marketing consulting projects whilst completing her final year of university.
