Starting in 1999 as Security Architect and Network Specialist and developing managerial skills in the following years, I have participated in exciting start-up as well as multinational firms paths, consolidating my career by acquiring roles and leadership. Now, with over two decades of experience as IT professional, I play as a Temporary Manager specializing in Cybersecurity and IT governance.Furthermore, I have a solid background in Program & Project Management and Service Management with strong specific skills in these disciplines, recognized mastery in the application of methods and in the exploitation of different "how-to" and vertical knowledge of international standards and schemes, as well as patented methodologies (PMP, SCRUM; ITIL, CMMI, PRINCE2, Agile Manifesto, DevOps principles and others). I have managed strategic activities and projects for major clients in the financial services, telecommunications, media and entertainment sectors, such as Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank, ICCREA, Reale Mutua, Unicredit I-Faber, AGOS, UBI, Carrefour, Ericsson ENSI, Vodafone and others.With a demonstrated aptitude for team leadership and coaching, I have also held different roles, such as Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert, Engagement Manager, Client Manager, Program & Project Manager, Service Manager, Offering Manager, Mentor and sometimes Internal Auditor, gaining valuable insights and expertise across multiple contexts.
